Support from Boston High School

Writer: Frances BrooksFrances Brooks

This was a joyful first visit to see the copse celebrating the School’s Centenary in Boston Wood’s new nature reserve very close to the school. The oak tree in the centre (just a sapling at the moment) will serve as a symbol of growth and strength and be a beacon for the School’s next hundred years or more.

The nature reserve lies between Willoughby Road and the hospital and is a wonderful oasis of calm. Our copse is positioned near to what will be the car park which is still under construction off Willoughby Road.
